POCKET CARBON CUSTOM
The F-ONE R&D team aimed to create a superior board that would remain as light as possible but with a bit more volume and thickness than its POCKET CARBON counterparts. Built using the innovative SLIM Tech Carbon Custom technology, the board is incredibly rigid and lightweight. The POCKET CARBON CUSTOM is perfect for any freeride sessions and will provide incredible performances and technicity to any experienced riders. The board is very responsive, easily controlled and will behave just as you want with the tiniest adjustments. The added volume also brings more buoyancy, which makes it an ideal board for freshwater sessions as well. The range includes three sizes: 110×44 cm, 120×46 cm and 130×47 cm. All sizes are equipped with a full deck pad. The 120 and 130 also have inserts for three footstraps. The 110 is our strapless-dedicated model and therefore has no inserts. All feature the Twin-Tracks system for maximum compatibility with any foils.
MAST COVER
Built with a high density 3mm foam, these covers protect your favorite mast from impacts & scratches. It’s easy to open or close the bag and provides strong security. High density foam : The Mast cover is built with a choc resistant high-density foam, which protects the foil effectively.

The BASELAYER function is to provide added warmth to your existing wetsuit, by adding an extra neoprene thickness. It is perfectly adapted to any discipline where you need maximum flex because of its ability to follow the body’s movements. Sealing prints : Sealing prints make the ankles and wrists stiffer. It has a joint role that keeps the water away and maintains the arms and legs panels in place. Strategic structure : Some areas are very sensitive to friction, tensions and tearing. All MANERA wetsuits have been designed with a demanding brief including: . Avoiding seams in tensions area, to maximize flexibility and strength. . Making sure the seams are stretched vertically and not sideways. . Removing seams from friction areas, which avoids rash and increases stretch capacity. . Reinforcing strategic parts and panels right where it needs to be. Fusion cut : The different neoprene layers are fused on the tips of arms and legs to make it thinner and more aesthetic. It protects the inside neoprene foam (AIR FOAM) by covering it. SD2 tape 2.0 : The neoprene layers are glued together and then "blind-stitched" (the needle does not go through the neoprene layer completely). Then the SD² tape is welded to the seam by an air heater machine. This innovative process brings more durability, waterproofness and flexibility to our wetsuits. X10D Jersey : Beign in direct contact with the skin, the inside jersey is a key part of the top. Our X10D fabric not only provides maximum stretch and lightness, but also a smooth, silky feeling on the skin. S-foam : S-foam is a made from Limestone. It delivers the essentiels with a great flexibility - heat - durability ratio. Re-flex skin : Born from the latest technologies of stretch fabrics, the RE-FLEX SKIN is extremely flexible, durable and UV proof. It enhances your movements and makes them more explosive.
Car seat cover - Recycled
Our partnership with Circular Flow comes to fruition with our new, recycled CAR SEAT COVER. We have been collecting wetsuits and neoprene items at local shops to then turn them into new and useful neoprene products. In just our first season, we have collected 170kg of discarded neoprene items. These were sent to Circular Flow, a European factory that recycles old neoprene into new products, with minimal energy and chemicals. We are very proud to announce that the CAR SEAT COVER – Recycled is the first-ever product that will be manufactured in this factory, with our discarded wetsuits ! The outside jersey is 100% recycled. Inside neoprene is 100% recycled. Inside transparent coating is made from a natural latex emulsion. It features a high protective foam and we used velcros instead of zipper so the board doesn’t get damaged. The Rugged luggage line is built for any situation, whether you need to run through an airport or protect your essentials on a boat trip. The Rugged 45L is made to travel far. Our WING HOOK will help you do just that. It is adaptable to any wing harness/leash belt that has a 50mm large front strap. - Slidable - Durable construction - Shape Slidable : We made sure the WING HOOK can slide to the left or right of your harness, so that you can comfortably lie on your board. It avoids discomfort as well as board damages. Durable construction : Made of nylon with fiberglass, the WING HOOK withstood loads up to 400kg in our testing machine. Shape : The WING HOOK is easy to hook in, and its shape makes sure it doesn’t unhook unless you want to.
