ALU MAST 75 CM
The F-ONE aluminum mast can be used for all disciplines: kite, surf foil, wing foil, SUP foil and windfoil. The profile is extruded with precision from 6063 aluminum block. The shape of its section benefits from our years of experience in foiling to provide the best gliding feel while keeping the strength up and the weight down. It comes with two stainless steel helicoil inserts at the bottom and at the top to fasten the connecting parts and is therefore fully modular. The aluminum mast can be used on every foil of the range, and it is very easy to jump from one length to another (45 / 55 / 65 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 95 cm). A number of parts are available for board connection (Plate, KF, Deep KF, Tuttle).

FW IC6 950 V3
Made with our specific technology called Injected Carbon, our foils and stabilizers are very tough and durable. This technology makes our IC6 foils a lot more ding-resistant than conventional carbon wings. It has an aluminum insert at its core to provide extra resistance and better stiffness. The foil is bolted to the fuselage using two in-line and two offset screws, resulting in a geometry that ensures a very solid and rigid assembly.This foil is not only versatile but also very intuitive and predictable. The take-off is progressive and the ride in the air super smooth. You always have complete control of your speed and path and can make the most of your freeriding sessions.The front wing area is 950 cm² which is ideal for a wide range of use. With more lift, the IC6 V.3 is extremely easy to learn on, to improve fast, and to have fun no matter your skill level. The mast plugs directly into the fuselage. The IC6 foil provides a stable and balanced setup and should be equipped with a 70 cm aluminum fuselage for kite foiling. The F-ONE Alu Fuselage 70 provides an ultra-rigid wing connection. Built in aluminum, it is very strong and allows the suitable front wings and stabilizers to be connected effortlessly. • Super stiff wing connection• Solid aluminum construction• Slender and reinforced hydrodynamic section This fuselage connects directly to F-ONE aluminum masts. It is made of superior-grade aluminum 6061, CNC machined with high precision and fully anodized. The aluminum profiles make the most of this homogeneous material to offer perfect rigidity, both in torsion and in bending. This fuselage is recommended for the IC6 650 V3 front wing. It is supplied with the necessary screws to connect the front wing (2x M6-25mm and 2x M6-15mm), the mast (2x M6-25mm) and the stabilizer (2x M6-15mm). You cannot use a carbon mast on this fuselage. The control of the profile is ideal to guarantee total stability and comfort during the ride. Small radial cuts are implemented on the wingtips and on the back of the strut to spread tensions. Aligning the fibre exactly along the load paths means that stretch can be controlled to a never-before-seen level on a wing. Located on the back of the strut, our refined Load Diffuser made of overlapping panels of hard Mylar and Dacron further helps maintaining the profile sleek and efficient, leading to the ultimate stability, performances, and longevity. The strut and the two central segments of the leading edge on each side of the strut are made of HITEX 158g. This high tenacity polyester offers great resistance to elongation and therefore greater durability and performances. The remaining segments of the leading edge are made of Dacron 150g to guarantee lightness and comfort. The ORIGIN’s canopy is in TECHNOFORCE™/D2 in 52g, while the thicker TECHNOFORCE™/D2 in 66g is on the trailing edge. These materials are perfectly distributed to account for the different tensions, high pressures, and weight distribution of each area. As a result, the infill is a bit lower and deforms less, and is extended almost all the way to the back. Its singular round bottom under the front half of the board, combined with large bevels and a narrow bottom, minimizes drag, allowing you to rapidly and easily build up speed towards take-off.
